We are a store (or a non-profit organization) and wish to carry your products, how do we get started?
Please submit out the Retail Application form on line. We will review your application and respond within 24 hours with your site password. You will be given access to the entire website and be able to purchase products on line.
I added items to my cart, but it's empty. Why?
Cookies allow a visitor's computer to memorize the items in their cart while they navigate our site. If this is not working, try deleting your cookies using the instructions in the following document:
How do I delete my cookies?
Cookies need to be enabled to work with our shopping cart. You can usually check this under "Internet Security" or "Internet Options" settings in your browser. If you've recently installed a Firewall or other security and privacy software, you may also need to make sure it is allowing cookies to be sent to your browser.
How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?
We ship our orders the same day whenever possible. If an order misses our cutoff it will be shipped the following day. All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order ships.
What should I do if it has been more than 24 hours and I have not received my shipping notification?
Sometimes the emails we send get rerouted to a spam or bulk mail folder. If you have not received your shipping notification, please check and see if the email was rerouted to a spam or bulk mail folder first. If you still have not received a notification, please send an email to agapelandmusic@aol.com and we will resend your package tracking number. If your email was sent during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM ET) you can expect a response within 4 hours. If you've sent it during non-business hours you can expect a response within 24 hours.

Do you carry the sheet music, score, choral arrangements, or accompaniment CDs for any of these musicals?
Unfortunately, these are no longer produced and are no longer available.
I remember that the vinyl LP record versions of some Agapeland musicals had booklets. Do the CDs have booklets?
The CD sleeves have all the words to the songs to help you learn them and sing along. The sleeves do not have any story books or artwork. The Music Machine and Nathaniel the Grublet are available on VHS tapes and the Agapeland Character Builder Story Books are also available on video.
Are the Agapeland Character Builder Story Books and Tapes still available?
The Character Builder Story Books series were converted to video. They are word for word identical to the storybooks on tape and LP. We carry the Character Builder Story Book Compilation Videos on VHS tape and DVD.
I don't see a title that I am interested in. Is it available?
Many Agapeland musicals have been rereleased onto CD, but not all. The following have not been rereleased onto CD: "Adventures in Agapeland", "Animals and Other Things", "Agapeland For The Whole Family - The National Philharmonic Orchestra of London". We do not have any further information about if or when these might be release onto CD.
How can I return an item?
RETURN PROCEDURES:
Send an email to ToysThatTeach@aol.com and request an RMA number for the items you want to return. Return requests must be recieved within 20 days of receiving your order and the merchadise must be returned within 30 days from receipt. Returns should be insured for your purchase price.
